This is a first time to go to Yatsugata-Take
which is 2899m high, and is located
135 km
far North-West direction from Tokyo.
I went
there with a fried during the weekend.
It takes about three hours on foot
from the
Minotoguchi bus stop to the Gyoja-Goya
base
camp. The temperature in the night
was minus
19 degrees centigrade.
Early in the next morning, we tried
to climb
Mt. Aka-Dake from the base camp, and
it took
about two hours from the base camp
to the
top of mountain without any trouble.
I have tried to simulate the 3D image view
by Kashmir-3D software and compared with
a real view I took at that time as shown
in the left side images. |
