I joined a mountain climbing circle in April
1972. And this is my first experience
to
climb mountain. The purpose is to conduct some training on snow. Tanigawa Dake is located about 200 km far from North-West direction of Tokyo. The height of top is 1963 m. It is not so high, but, more than 500 peoples were died in the past. This mountain has a famous place for rock climbing called "Ishinokura". |
